If you no longer wish to use Englivo-Ai, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated personal data (including learning history, XP, and profile information).
How to delete your data
Please send an email to our support team from the email address registered to your Englivo-Ai account.
Request Deletion via EmailWhat happens when you request deletion?
- We will verify that the request comes from the email address associated with the account.
- All your personal data, including your name, email, and authentication records will be permanently erased from our secure databases.
- All your learning progress, XP, streaks, and achievements will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm once the deletion is complete.
